Observation

2)c) A lighted mirror with a long cord was in the bathroom where it was accessible to children. 3)f) A cube shelf was stacked on another cube shelf and posed a hazard of falling or tipping as it was not secured. 3)g) The net on a child-size basketball hoop outside has large holes torn in it. The net was not in good condition and could pose a hazard because the holes are large enough for a child to fit their head into.
